We are a Bulk Billing Medicare Centre

We offer bulk billing for all patients with a valid Medicare card. This means there is no out-of-pocket cost for standard consultations if you are eligible under Medicare.

Some services are not covered by Medicare and will attract a private fee.

These include:

  • Work related Injuries
  • Pre-employment and Employment medicals
  • Insurance medicals
  • Commercial driver’s- Divers – Racing- licence medicals
  • Income protection/Superannuation Claim forms

Missed Appointments

We kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Missed appointments may incur a fee, particularly for longer or specialist consultations. More than 3 “Did not attend appointments”, will incur private billing fees. This allows us to offer your appointment to another patient in need.

Price Street Medical takes the safety and wellbeing of our doctors, nurses, staff, and patients very seriously. Our team is trained, professional, and committed to providing care with courtesy and respect at all times, and we expect the same courtesy and respect in return.

We operate a zero tolerance policy toward any form of verbal abuse, aggressive behaviour, or violence directed at our doctors, nursing team, staff, or other patients. Such behaviour will not be accepted. Where necessary, police may be contacted and the individual involved may be asked to leave the practice.
