Introduction

These Terms & Conditions outline the responsibilities of both Price Street Medical and its patients in relation to the services we provide. By attending our clinic, booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

Appointments & Consultations

Appointments can be made by phone or online via HealthEngine.
Walk-in patients are accepted where possible, but booked appointments and emergencies take priority.
Longer appointments are available on request. Please advise reception if required.
Telehealth consults may be available for eligible patients at the discretion of the doctor.

Missed Appointments

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without adequate notice may result in a missed appointment fee. This fee is not claimable through Medicare.

Billing & Payments

We bulk bill all patients with a valid Medicare card.
Patients without a valid Medicare card will be privately billed.
Services not covered by Medicare (e.g. Pre-employment medicals, commercial driver’s medicals) incur private fees.
All payments must be made at the time of consultation. No accounts are issued.

Price Street Medical takes the safety and wellbeing of our doctors, nurses, staff, and patients very seriously. Our team is trained, professional, and committed to providing care with courtesy and respect at all times, and we expect the same courtesy and respect in return.

We operate a zero tolerance policy toward any form of verbal abuse, aggressive behaviour, or violence directed at our doctors, nursing team, staff, or other patients. Such behaviour will not be accepted. Where necessary, police may be contacted and the individual involved may be asked to leave the practice.
